A Pipeline Supervisor is hired to oversee all stages of the process of laying gas, oil, and pipelines. The job description entails planning, installing, testing, and repairing piping systems in a variety of facilities. To manage the piping projects, several associated tasks are to be carried out and such as listed on the Pipeline Supervisor Resume as – developing plans and specifications for the project, creating plans as per the procedures and regulations; managing the project from start to finish; directing crews of assistant staff, installing and repairing piping; and undertaking responsibility for ensuring both the safety of the crew and the environment.
Apart from proven work experience, the following skills are expected from job applicants – extensive pipefitting and HVAC experience, the ability to supervise a team, proficiency in MS Office, the ability to communicate well, and proficiency in Auto Cad.
